My Goals:
I want to get strong. Strong enough to dance around the house when I want to, strong enough to walk as far as I want to go along the beach, strong enough to go on walking tours and photo walks and not have to limit myself because I'm not strong enough.
My Program:
I'm going to do a variety of 10-15 minute workouts, mostly based on dance floor work, until I'm feeling a little stronger and looser. Then I'm going to add in some light weights and resistance bands. After that, I'll decide what's next.
