Thank you SO much for the comments! Aren't the christmas sweater awesome!!!?? haha Yeah I've also wanted to go rafting but I am very scared, also have the fear of being too big right now and what if the raft tips over and all that, even though of course they would even out the weight with other people, its just the thought! But I def want to try is someday! Its beautiful here and I want to enjoy it while I am still living here. have you made a list of the things you want to do this year? Other than the obvious of losing weight and getting healthier, but just activities you want to try?
I have def come a long way this year as far as having anxiety about people, but I am still really really bad. Especially doing anything by myself. I want to do more myself this new year. Force myself to go do things by myself and get over this. Like last year I went to the movies alone! Oh my gosh I hated it, until I got in there sat down and then I was good, until I had to get up and leave of course haha. And there wasn't to many people, but I'm going to do more things like that. As long as we are TRYING these things no matter how much it makes us wanna curl up and die in the moment.....we can do anything! Have a great new year!
"You've been given the innate power to shape your life...but you cannot just speak change, you have to LIVE change. Intent paired with action builds the bridge to success. You can't just want it; you have to do it, live it...BE it! Success isn't something you have, it's something you DO!” -Steve Maraboli

"Part of abandoning the all-or-nothing mentality is allowing yourself room for setbacks. We are bound to have lapses on the road to health and wellness, but it is critical that we learn how to handle small failures positively so that we can minimize their long-term destructive effects. One setback is one setback—it is not the end of the world, nor is it the end of your journey toward a better you.” -Jillian Michaels
Stopping by to wish you a healthy weekend, Spark friend! Remember to keep pushing towards your goals...but if you fall off the wagon, just get right back on again! You can do it! You're worth the effort, you know! Hugs, Pixie
