Oh dear, so sorry that you are having this awful weather too - I wouldn't mind if we actually got some snow accumulation but it is just nasty windy gray weather - Lucky for me I have an exercise bike in the room next to my office (we work from home so office and exercise rooms are bedrooms ha ha) and I have gotten into the habit of trying to cycle for 5 minutes every hour - it is really paying off for me. Not that I have seen any weight loss but I feel so much better for it and skiing is getting easier for me - I just feel happier for exercising. This morning has been really busy though because I am working and the miserable weather always makes it a challenge just to start exercising - now that I have started it is easier. I have finished the work that I needed to do but am still sitting at the computer studying - not quite reading, but still something that I really want to do because I have an exam that I want to pass this quarter.
Stay warm, move around lots at home .. even if you just walk/march on the spot and enjoy your day ! Rosalind
Hey, yeah I guess you will just have to save up and go to albertsons each month if you can and stock up on some staples. I am loving the calorie cycling, it is much easier for me to stick to it BUT I weighed today and I am the same 230....But I just got my monthly girl gift yesterday so I'm hoping I at least lost a couple pounds and its just water weight right now.... But I am so happy I didn't gain, I am trying to view this a different way now, instead of waiting for weigh ins each week, I'm just trying to stay within my ranges, make more good choices then bad and just make it my normal to be this way so at the very least I will be maintaining and not gaining. So whats the info on your dog now? :(
