    LOL, I love my DVD collection! I'd never really part with any of it! I go through phases where I want to do a month of Jillian or Turbo Jam or Biggest Loser, Bob Harper, Jackie Warner.. you get the idea..
    Thanks for letting me know on the Slim Down challenge in Nov. I think I'll pass as I'm trying to go through my collection before we're having our big move back to the US and are packing out a few weeks/months before! ;)

    Great job on your RI30, already week 4, awesome!!!

    I'm back to using my FIRM workouts this month; most of them I haven't even done before -ever! LOL (I'm a fitness DVD addict, you'd say! emoticon )
    I'm enjoying it! I'm also using more yoga and pilates back into my routine, I've missed it a lot! I'll be less online from now on, focusing back on my free time otherwise, so don't be alarmed if you don't hear from me for a while! I'll make sure to still check in with you though!! emoticon

    Thank you so much for your words on my blog!!! I really needed to hear them!!! emoticon You're right, I should forget that darn scale and go by how I feel and my clothes.. Just like I *used* to do all those past months before!..
    Makes me think I'd maybe also stop logging every bite that I eat as it makes me slightly 'obsessed' with numbers as well!..

    How are *you* doing? I thought of you over the past week and was hoping you're feeling well and have enjoyed 30DS? emoticon

    I just posted my results blog! I don't know if I'll post the pics or not, depends on how they look since I'm wearing a tight tank top and trust me, it's not flattering.

    I'm hoping to have the same kind of results with RI30. That would be awesome! I just got home a little while ago so I think another late night workout today.
