LOL, I love my DVD collection! I'd never really part with any of it! I go through phases where I want to do a month of Jillian or Turbo Jam or Biggest Loser, Bob Harper, Jackie Warner.. you get the idea.. Thanks for letting me know on the Slim Down challenge in Nov. I think I'll pass as I'm trying to go through my collection before we're having our big move back to the US and are packing out a few weeks/months before! ;)

I'm back to using my FIRM workouts this month; most of them I haven't even done before -ever! LOL (I'm a fitness DVD addict, you'd say! ) I'm enjoying it! I'm also using more yoga and pilates back into my routine, I've missed it a lot! I'll be less online from now on, focusing back on my free time otherwise, so don't be alarmed if you don't hear from me for a while! I'll make sure to still check in with you though!!
Thank you so much for your words on my blog!!! I really needed to hear them!!! You're right, I should forget that darn scale and go by how I feel and my clothes.. Just like I *used* to do all those past months before!.. Makes me think I'd maybe also stop logging every bite that I eat as it makes me slightly 'obsessed' with numbers as well!..
