Gaining Control

I've gained back all of the weight that I lost two years ago. I'm miserable, bloated, weak, fatigued, and just generally blah. My work schedule is back to normal so I can't blame it on that anymore.



I've read that losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise so I'm really going to focus on what's going into my mouth. Which right now is pretty much anything sweet and bad for me.

I work in a hospital and see all sorts of disease brought on by poor eating ...

Thanks for coming by to read my blog! It was painful for me at the beginning of last year to roll back my ticker and start again. It was a learning lesson and the last 20-30 lbs, having to lose them again, a struggle, but we all have the power to do it!! Keep making the right choices and move that body!! Thanks again!
