Starting over for the 128,339th time

Need to get my motivation back and start eating healthy and exercising. I have been indulging in too much of everything that is detrimental to my body, i.e. sugar, salt, etc. and not getting in the good stuff. I'm really looking forward to getting back to where I was a few years ago when I felt healthy and alive!

I'm starting fresh, once again! Better to keep trying than to give up. This is where I would normally tell you about all the weight I've lost and gained during my 5 years on sparkpeople. Not anymore. Today I'm forgetting the past and getting on with my new and bright future.

I had a hip replacement 2 months ago, today. At 44, I have an artificial body part and I'm finally ok with it. Now I will strengthen the muscles around my new hip so I can get on with my life.

I look forward to not only losing the weight but gaining much more. Gaining strength, motivation, self confidence and getting back to me. I WILL DO THIS!!!!!

Thanks for coming by to read my blog! It was painful for me at the beginning of last year to roll back my ticker and start again. It was a learning lesson and the last 20-30 lbs, having to lose them again, a struggle, but we all have the power to do it!! Keep making the right choices and move that body!! Thanks again!
