Droppin' lbs

I've been on SparkPeople for about 2 or 3 years. I haven't really done much with it...

My long-term goal is to lose 33 lbs. My current weight is the highest it's ever been in my life. Growing up, I could eat whatever I wanted, heck I weighed every bit of 90 lbs when I graduated high school. I didn't gain my "freshmen fifteen" until I was 23 or 24. I'm only 5'2, so it doesn't take much weight gain for it to show. Now I'm at my highest weight ever, I'm not comfortable in my own ...

I'm afraid if I don't do something about it now, then it will get even further out of control. I can't blame my weight gain on pregnancy bc I don't have kids. It simply boils down to what/how much I eat and the fact that I lead a sedentary lifestyle. It's time to do something about it now. I'm no spring chicken anymore!

-7/14/13- As of today, I am a week into my journey. I am taking baby steps:

-Allow myself 1 coke/day
with intentions of fully cutting it out.

-Eating smaller portions

-Drinking more water

-Walking at least 3x/wk

Personal Information:
My Reward: When I get to my goal weight, I plan to treat myself to shopping for new clothes. I absolutely cannot wait to shop for cute clothes that I will feel confident wearing! :)
