I WILL do it!

I've been dieting/trying to loose weight for a good portion of my life, with varied results. This time, I want to do it right. I want to change my habits; eat healthier, exercise more, and make better lifestyle choices. I don't want to spend another summer looking like a beached whale in a bathing suit.....and I CAN DO IT!!!

I hope to reach my goal weight by May 2013. Let's get to it!
