I'm DONE -- I'm going from fat to fit

This time I'm committed, I've put my weight that I lost back on and I can feel the difference. I'm sick of the lack of energy and the fact that I hate my body. I don't want to have to worry about what my health will be like in the future, I'm done with this fat.

A little about me: I'm 24 and I work as a medical technologist in the blood bank. We adopted our dog Cooper a year ago and he keeps me active; dogs are great for getting you out of the house. I enjoy road biking and I want to shrink into my road bike. I'm done being a fat girl on a road bike, I want to rock the spandex. I've never been comfortable with my body image or have felt fit in my life, that's what I really want to do.

Happy Monday! Hope you had a great weekend. I know how hard it's been lately for most of us to find SP time, but if you can find any SP time, will you please stop by the Springing to Action Bahama Mama Tracking thread. We're missing your Week 6, 7, and 8 results. emoticon
