I am at my largest I have ever been and desperately need to do something about it. I have had success with Weight Watchers in the past, but then I get tired of counting points and give up, gaining back all the weight I lost and then some. A friend of my sister's has had success with SparkPeople, so here I am. Please feel free to encourage me at every opportunity :)
