My Goals:
No more soda. Start strengh training again. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat less sugar.
My Program:
Eat 1200-1600 calories a day. 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week. Strengh training 3 times a week. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day. Stretch for 10 minutes daily.

I have a wonderful family and a boyfriend who means the world to me. I love to read. I love to cook as well. Especially experimenting with baking. I enjoy any arts and crafts, the beach, going to the movies, fishing, going to yard sells, and poking around in thift stores amoung other things. :)
