I AM worth this pain and hard work!!

My Goals:
Reasons I want to lose weight:
To NOT become diabetic
Get my cholesterol down to normal
Have more energy to do things
To NOT have issues with depression

Id love to have the sculpted ab / arm look

My Program:
* Using the food tracker to monitor what I eat each day
* cardio excersie at least 3 times per week w/the hopes of adding in strength exercises also

Personal Information:
I live in a small town in Southwest lower Michigan. Being that I do live in Michigan, about 1/2-3/4 of the year is just WAY too cold for me to be outside doing anything, so I invested in a treadmill! I have 2 daughters aged 22 & 12 & I also have 1 grandson who will turn 3 at Christmas this year (2013)! I have been in a relationship w/my boyfriend for 17 years now & just started our 18th. I have already been through the whole marriage thing (w/my first daughter's dad) & am NOT going to do it again! Just do not see the reason too if we are happy as things are. I am an avid animal lover & have a St. Bernard mixed dog named Bear...I consider him my third child! :)

Other Information:
One of my downfalls with keeping up w/my weight loss plan is that I LOVE to play Facebook games! I recently got hooked on Candy Crush, Pet Rescue Saga & Bingo Blitz! Not exactly the most rewarding past time physically but fun! I also love to read, listen to music, & there are a few shows on TV that I just can't stand to miss (gotta lvoe DVR's)!
