HAPPY APRIL FOOL'S DAY! AND HAPPY APRIL KICK-BUTT CHEAT-FREE THROWDOWN MONTH!
This April is going to be a great month, because we're all going to practicing some healthy habits, getting awesome food into our systems and helping each other out while we're at it!
If you haven't already, please do introduce yourself to the rest of the THROWDOWN members and tell us a bit about yourself and your low-carb journey! Don't be shy and just let it out. :)

I've also suggested that everyone have a non-weight related goal a week, just to keep things interesting and fun. I'd rather we kept the focus away from the things we CAN'T have and on things we CAN have! And besides, time flies when you're having fun.

Awesome job with the 9lbs!!! It get's so much easier after you get over the unhealthy food withdrawal. Now that I've been at it for two months, I don't have as many cravings as before and I don't obsess over fastfood anymore. Ha!
