That test you took sounds more exact than the web site I gave you. I'd go with the test numbers. HOWEVER, it is Okay to eat a few hundred more calories on the days you weight lift to help with the hunger and to be sure to give your body enough fuel to build muscle. Your body can't build at a big deficit! You could probably actually go as high as 1800 a day or so a week and still lose some fat on those days. 2148 days ago
