Changing life with a CAN DO attitude!

"If you're tired of starting over, then stop giving up."

That is the quote of my life. The struggle with my weight has been a long journey, moving up and down the scale. I've let my emotions control me. The lack of my own control has led to emotional eating, binge attacks, and just not caring about the food that goes into my body.

I'm not looking to lose the weight, I'm looking to change my life. To grab control and accomplish everything I've ever wanted. I am tracking everything I eat, while making better choices. I am pushing myself to turn the tv off and become more active. Not to mention, I am going back to school, doing a job I love, and just finding happiness in me again.

Life is hard and this won't be easy, but I'm a stubborn babe who is ready to change her life around for good.

My Program:
It changes every week because this isn't a diet, this is a life change and I go with where the mood takes me. I'm sticking to my calorie range and doing my best to try new recipes and stay away from just eating chicken. It isn't about suffering to lose weight, its about changing everything.

As for exercise I'm trying to do a little bit through out the day. Wake up do a quick morning routine to get the blood pumping, cardio or strength routine mid day, then a calm walk at night to relax and destress.

Other Information:
I am a very bubbly person and a big kid. I love to read, watch tv, movies, and listen to songs. I am a huge fan of carebears, my little pony, anything Disney, and Barbie.
