I lost 36 lbs 22 yrs ago ... and a result of the way I did it helped me get rid of the pain of a crippling arthritis I had for 10 yrs. As life went by and traumas occurred I've slowly gained back 20 lbs. I want to get serious again about getting to my goal weight, and shaping up.
My problem is I love to eat and need support to get control.
I plan on going back to the diet I used to lose my weight way back when. I realize my metabolism is very different, and I need to take that into consideration.
Would love to find an exercise buddy too.

My Goals:
Weight loss goal: 20 lbs.
Would like to lose 9.5" from my waste and 11 inches from my stomach. (this seems to be where my weight has settled.

Besides getting rid of my extra lbs and inches, I need to declutter and get rid of STUFF!

My Program:
I'm going to go on a modified liquid diet, cut down as much as possible on carbs (weakness is bread & bagels ... and ice cream! Yikes)

Personal Information:
I live in a studio apt in the Gramercy area & wish I had a 3 bdrm (in my dreams!)
I am a former Art teacher, and also had a belt business, all in a former life.
I currently have a wellness/diet program, but need to get more motivated.
My lack of motivation stems from the trauma of surviving almost being murdered back in the 90s, then having some physical issues which waylaid me for a while. The most recent, being hit by a car at the beginning of the year.
