Hi, i heard about this site from a co-worker while we were particpating in a wellness center program at work. Now, I am addicted, the program at work has ended, but i will continue with SP!
Married with 4 children, 3 are grown up and moved out! My youngest is 13 now. I love body sculpting, biking, Country music and reading. Did I mention Country music!! I am a computer programmer/analyst at a large corporation in Jacksonville, FL.

Keeping fit; eating healthy; constantly adding new excercises to my routine to keep it interesting. I rode in the MS 150 bike ride three years in a row now!

Moved from Las Vegas to Florida in 2006; 4 kids, only 1 left at home, a cat, do not eat red meat! Love vegetarian dishes (so does my teen daughter)
Other Information:
I love Country music, Church and healthy lifestyles. Especially Country music! I work as a seat-filler at the ACMA's in Vegas in April with my sisters
