I'm determined to get to 130 lbs. That's a good weight for me. I maintained that weight until I started distance running and training for a 1/2 marathon. I gained 15 lbs while training and now working hard to get it back off again!
My ULTIMATE goal is to lead a wellness group at my church.
Northern Canada! Sorry it took me so long to reply just been super busy, it's a crazy month when you have 4 school age kids and 2 of them have birthdays in June too:P How's things going with you? The sun is hopefully here to stay now!
