I'm determined to get to 130 lbs. That's a good weight for me. I maintained that weight until I started distance running and training for a 1/2 marathon. I gained 15 lbs while training and now working hard to get it back off again!
My ULTIMATE goal is to lead a wellness group at my church.
Hi there! Nice meeting you here on Spark. From the sound of your blog you have been on an emotional roller coaster. My sympathies. Don't beat yourself up about your coping mechanisms. It sounds like a very natural way to grieve. But as we know, at some point life must go forward and it sounds like you have a plan. A really great plan!
