Eek...it's back

Two and 1/2 years ago I lost 30 pounds and felt great. Well, I put 15 back on (glad it wasn't all of it) and I'm trying to get serious and get to my goal weight of 112 (I was three pounds away from it when I lost weight before). Would like to get back in shape by summer.

My name is Kim. I've always struggled with keeping my weight in check. I really want to get back to a good weight for me and then define my muscles to the best of my ability. I won a fitness challenge at my gym several years ago and it was a great feeling. I want to feel that way again.

Whenever something is important you find a way to make it happen. Well being healthy is important... it is much easier to work on being healthy then to work on "I need to go on a diet". emoticon
