My Goals:
My goal is at least 30 minutes of exercise per day 5 days a week

To eat at least 5 fruits or vegatables per week

I'm going to watch my portions and the size of them

My Program:
1- drink 8-8oz glasses of water daily
2-walk 1 mile or do 30min of exercise daily
3- eat 3 healthy meals & fruits and veg for snacks
4-sleep at least 7 hours a night
5- make at least 20 min me time daily
