Gettin' It Done!

I've been exercising regularly for the last 10 years or so, but have put on about 20 lbs. in the last couple of years. The unfortunate side effect of having a boyfriend who is a great cook! ;-) We socialize a lot, which I love, but it's also been hard not to overindulge at our frequent get togethers.

Just before Christmas break, my co-workers and I did a pedometer challenge for 7 weeks. We all tracked our steps and turned them in once a week. Well, my team (I was team captain)was ...

My Program:
Generally, I go to the gym after work 3-4 days a week. Before the holidays, it was usually 45-60 min. of cardio and some stretching. At times I have added weight training two days a week.


Other Information:
I love "I Love Lucy." One of the funniest shows ever!
