Spring Challenge 2014

My overall goal is to continue maintaining my current weight and keep my stress levels low.

Exercise Plan: walking 5 days and Zumba 6 days a week

Food: continue eating healthy. Increasing my fruits and vegetables.

I will log in daily to record my minutes/ltgl. I will check in with my teammates and cheer them on atleast 2 times a week. .

Looks like you are doing great. I was at 204 during the holidays. I just got down to 185 this week. Your page is inspiring. Would love to get to the weight I was at when I posted last. It was 164. emoticon emoticon
