Spring Challenge 2013
My overall goal is to continue maintaining my current weight. Exercise plans: cardio/strength daily..as much as I can. Food: continue eating healthy and portion control. I am hoping to be back at the gym by the end of the month!! I will log in daily to record my minutes/ltgl. I will check in with my teammates and cheer them on atleast 2 times a week.

Cardio 5 times a week 30-60 minutes each session. Strength 2 times a week for 30 minutes each session.
