Spring Challenge 2013

My overall goal is to continue maintaining my current weight.

Exercise plans: cardio/strength daily..as much as I can.

Food: continue eating healthy and portion control.

I am hoping to be back at the gym by the end of the month!!

I will log in daily to record my minutes/ltgl. I will check in with my teammates and cheer them on atleast 2 times a week.

Hey there!!! How are you?? I'm doing well! I started a challenge on Monday and I've been doing well with that so far. It's a five week work out challenge. I've worked out every day this week, and SUnday is my rest day. Hopefully, I'll keep it up and see a significant change at the end!! So what is going on with you? How's the family? How have you been?
