Getting Back on Track
Hi. My name is Kimberly and I'm a 26 year old girl from Phoenix Arizona. I have been going to the gym pretty consistently for about the last year or so and have managed to lose about 50 lbs on my own through diet and exercise. My Goals:
- go to the gym for 45 minutes of cardio and 3 sets of weights 4-5x a week -try classes at the gym so I am not bored -learn to cook meals that are both healthy and tasty. -keep hydrated! (1113-142 oz a day)
My Program:
currently: 45 minutes of elliptical at the gym 4-5x a week back and biceps / legs / chest free weights lean meats / fresh fruits and veggies / water
