This is your life...are you who you want to be?
Hey there :). I'm Kimberly. My husband is a firefighter and we have 3 beautiful children - ages 1, 3, and 5. I'm tired of being the "fat mom" and the "fat friend." Nobody has ever called me that but being 5'3" and in the 170s it's kinda hard to deny it. I live in t-shirts and athletic shorts and I'm tired of it. I want to lose this weight for good so I can be healthy, play with my kiddos better, and not feel frumpy. I can use ALL THE ENCOURAGEMENT i can get. I need help being motivated ;).

My Goals:
A NEW ME by making this a life style...ONE DAY AT A TIME...ONE MEAL AT A TIME....ONE WORKOUT AT A TIME. at least 64 oz of water/day. Follow my INSANITY workout plan (workout 6 days, rest 1) 1500-1800/day Lose 1-2 pounds/week. Continue to lose weight until I reach the 120s. Get rid of my back and hip pain.
