Making the change

I decided that I would do something for myself that would have a long lasting effect with my Christmas money this year. I signed up for a gym membership the first week in January. I have been working out at the gym 3 days a week since I signed up.

My Goals:
I would like to be able to buy a bra from a regular department store and pay $40 instead of the $80-$100 that I pay now.

I am working toward a healthy 140. I have already lost 22 since the first week of January.

My Program:
I am watching the calories that I eat each day making sure that I make the healthiest choices. I have started working out at the gym three times a week(cardio and weight training). I have an isometric exercise DVD that I do once a week. I am going to start walking/jogging on two of the other days a week starting next week.

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm still learning my way around Spark People. Anyway, I need to lose 30 pounds and I want to lose it permanently! I'm trying to do it by eating only healthy foods without obsessing about calories and doing a good amount of excercise. And keeping away from the sugar!
