Continual Battle

EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE....I don't know why I think I can skip it for days or even months and not suffer consequence, but I do (skip it).
Growing up, I was a stick, had a fast metabolism, and never exercised on purpose a day in my life.
Of course once I hit 30-my body changed and again when I turned 35 and it's slowing down and apparently invited cellulite to come live in it!
I do well to reach my goal...it's keeping the process up that is my problem, so ONCE again, ...

My Goals:
Exercise at least 15 minutes every day on my eliptical or treadmill

Stay active and CONTINUE to exercise

Be aware of food and nutrition and CONTINUE to eat healthily.

Never forget that there is not an end...

My Program:
Move everyday and keep moving
Strength exercise 3 times a week
Get adequate sleep!
Eat sensible
Remember that there isn't an end...it's on going...it's a lifestyle



Personal Information:
I have a job I love working in a skills center at a local college. I have three beautiful, smart children who love me inspite of myself

Other Information:
I love to write, read, and watch tv...not great hobbies when you're trying to loose weight!

I hate winter, ignorance, and seeing people I love hurt.

I am a rock-n-roll girl with an unhealthy obsession with Darius Rucker (who now sings country-how did that happen?)

Full time student while working full time but love it!
