BACK AT IT!!!

Hey everyone : ) I am back. This past year has been hard and a lot has changed but not my need to be healthly. Now that I have mylife back on track I am ready to start losing weight again.

2 POUNDS = 7,000 CALORIES
1 1/2 POUND = 5,250 CALORIES
1 POUND = 3,500 CALORIES

I have two beautiful babies: Caleb and Ali. They were both three months early.


I am still in school and working. Also, I have my sister now.

Hey Kim,

Sorry that I didn't get back to you sooner, I was in the hosptial with my friend yesterday. Her baby is adoreable!

Anyways in response to your comment, I have no clue what I am going to do once I hit my next goal. I know that I will update my ticker to get to my final goal of 140lbs. Which is another 60+ to lose. But I am determined! I started my journey in November of 07. So I am in my 7 month, and all I have been doing is counting my calories and measuring everything! Plus I work out like a maniac I go for atleast 50 mintues a day if not more. That includes strength and cardio and I just started incorporating flexibility into them too. The 30 Day shred is such a great work out, you will really enjoy it if you enjoy Jillians hardazz work outs!

I am glad that I inspire you, that makes me feel good!

Hi there:
Thank you for stopping by my page, I was just reading yours, You are amazing to have 2 very young ones at your age and a great man to boot.
You and me are going to get to our goals.

I see that you have the wii fit, I have that also, I love it, my son ( 18yrs old in Oct.) he loves it too, we also bowl and golf and play tennis on the wii as well, we actualy have bowling tournaments.
