Starting Over

My journey toward better health started in 1999 when I realized I was over one hundred pounds overweight. Between 1999 and 2004, I lost about fifty pounds in stops and starts. Then my husband and I moved to Wisconsin in 2005, and the weight started melting away.

In 2006, I hit my first goal of losing one hundred pounds! I've held steady there, sometimes by choice, and sometimes despite my efforts to lose more weight, for four years.

Concerning fasting - I know, its kind of hard because I'm just doing liquids until my one meal a day. So I've mainly been doing juices and water. I may start with some broth also. I thought about doing a meal replacment like a slim fast or something, but I had one once and really didin't like the taste, so if you have any suggestions, let me know...My biggest concern is having energy at work. It would be different if I didn't work full time, but that's the hard part.
