Concerning fasting - I know, its kind of hard because I'm just doing liquids until my one meal a day. So I've mainly been doing juices and water. I may start with some broth also. I thought about doing a meal replacment like a slim fast or something, but I had one once and really didin't like the taste, so if you have any suggestions, let me know...My biggest concern is having energy at work. It would be different if I didn't work full time, but that's the hard part.
