Its not the mountain we conquer but ourselves! Hi! Im 25 and Ive struggled with my weight my whole life. Ive gone up and down and up and down but never down to a point that im healthy and happy with myself. Just minor losses (10-20 pounds) and then i hit a point where i don't lose as easily and i quit bc i get frustrated. I luckily have an amazing man in my life who supports me and helps me daily as well as my mom and my new found roomie whom turned me on to spark people. So this is it..no turning back. Its time for a change. March 4th update- Its been a crazy journey so far and for the first time in my life i can say im proud of myself for what Ive done. I have some really really tough days (like today) that i get down but i have such an amazing support system its hard for me to stay down for long. I have a beach trip with my sisters wedding planned in June and her wedding in Aug. Time to buckle down and get this last 20 pounds off!!

-Staying within my calorie range. -Getting in at least 45 mins exercise daily. -Staying active on SP - Turbo Jam! I love it!

Im from TN but i live in MA now. I have PCOS and have struggled with my weight my whole life. I just want to find a weight im happy with myself and how i feel and look.
