Working on a 30 mile month in January and a 60 mile month in February.
Food is a big social event for me... though I am tracking everything I eat, we'll be working on this little issue in a little while.
For now I am trying to make EXERCISE my friend and I am tracking everything I eat.
My main sparkteam is the Treadmill, Elliptical, Walkers, Runners etc team. I joined the 10,000 steps a day challenge to motivate myself to move more. I purchased a pedometer (Orion from Walmart for $30) to make sure I am getting my 10,000 steps a day in.
