Healthier Times Ahead

I'm starting a 12 week Move to Improve program. We've been assigned to teams of 4 and have 2 coaches. We've been weighed and measured. We've written out our goals. We're keeping food journals.

May 14 -- The program has ended and I lost 30.9 lbs in the 12 weeks. I've begun to take Tae Kwon Do classes and will try kayaking later this month! I'm going shopping this weekend for some clothes that fit -- but hopefully they won't fit for too long! I have short-term, medium-term, and ...

My Goals:
I'm working on setting some new goals. I have weight goals in mind (short, medium and long-term). I just need some non-weight goals too.

My Program:
I started out doing a local program, Move to Improve, and am continuing to attend a class weekly with those coaches. :)

In addition, I'm usually going to family swim on Sundays and can be found taking Tae Kwon Do classes now.

I log all the food that I eat here on SP.

You're doing a great job and you look amazing!!! I was so excited a few weeks ago when I went out and got to buy a size smaller. Like you, I didn't get too much because I don't plan on wearing that size for too long.
