I had hit a high point of 262 #'s. By the time I found SP I was down to 238. I continue to lose, alibiet slowly. I know that as long as I watch what I cook, I can watch what I eat. By doing this and exercising on a regular basis again, I know I can jumpstart my weightloss again. My thanks go out to all the support I have received here and by my family and friends. K

My Goals:
I plan to get down to at least 160. I know that as I lose, the better I feel.

My Program:
I exercise on a semi-regular basis. I put in a garden this summer and am reaping the benefits from it. Both by the exercise and the fresh veggies.
