A little older and fater but a little wiser too!

Today I sit here 40 years old and have gained back all the weight I ever lost 😢
I will try again to eat better, exercise more and sleep a little better too. One day at a time is how this is going to have to work. I am reaching out for support and will give back in return. Thanks for taking the time to read this ☺

Hi just checking in with my fitness and nutritional information for the day. I did strength training today regular, crunches, stability ball crunches, stretching, and lunges and 10 minutes of Fit, Firm and Fired Up DVD. I also transferred my gym membership to the new location that is near where I have moved to. I hope that your day was productive and that tomorrow is a better all around day for you. emoticon emoticon I also stayed within my calorie limits for the day.

emoticon for the friend add. emoticon on getting out of bed and doing the elliptical. Even when I could exercise, I avoided those killer machines like the plague. The trainer put me on a bike that he says is like the elliptical but you are sitting down because of my knees and back. I went for a walk today. That is about all I can do until I see the surgeon tomorrow. Hopefully I can start strength training tomorrow.

Hi, what a great job you've done today. I did 30 minutes of walking that I haven't charted yet and ate within my limits as well. I have to track my food for today,which I am doing now. emoticon emoticon Deb

Exercise I did 45 minutes in the pool and walked the dogs. I will walk the dogs again later today. I still haven't entered my food. I'll do it now. Thanks for reminding me.
