I feel like I let you down. I was stressed trying to finish a cake and decorated cat cookies for a family with a very sick child. I didn't track at all. I've rested and promise to do better. Hi just checking in for Friday's accomplishments. We went to the beach so I didn't chart everything yesterday but I did walk for 60 minutes on the beach and I did do my regular crunches and my stability ball crunches. I stayed within my calorie range just barely.
As for today, I have done my regular and stability ball crunches, my lunges, my one legged knee bends (the exercise of the day) and stretching. I have already had 8 glasses of water and will surpass that before the day is over. So far I have eaten within my calorie range. I hope that you have a really great weekend! for your accomplishments on Thursday! I did some regular crunches, stability ball crunches, stretching, lunges and 10 minutes of the Fit, Firm and Fired Up DVD. I did eat within my calorie range and I drank all my water. I didn't get to chart everything today because I went to the dentist this afternoon and I wasn't feeling all that hot. You did awesome today. I did 30 minutes in the pool and over 10,000 steps today. I still haven't recorded my food. I'm about to make cookies and another trial cake.
