A little older and fater but a little wiser too!

Today I sit here 40 years old and have gained back all the weight I ever lost 😢
I will try again to eat better, exercise more and sleep a little better too. One day at a time is how this is going to have to work. I am reaching out for support and will give back in return. Thanks for taking the time to read this ☺

emoticon for your accomplishments on Thursday! I did some regular crunches, stability ball crunches, stretching, lunges and 10 minutes of the Fit, Firm and Fired Up DVD. I did eat within my calorie range and I drank all my water. I didn't get to chart everything today because I went to the dentist this afternoon and I wasn't feeling all that hot. I will do better with charting and exercising tomorrow. emoticon emoticon Deb

You did awesome today. I did 30 minutes in the pool and over 10,000 steps today. I still haven't recorded my food. I'm about to make cookies and another trial cake. I'm part of something called "icing smiles" and I am making a cake and decorated cookies for a little girls party this weekend.

The only good thing I did was minimal snacking and I did a yoga class. I spent the day running around so my steps are low. I will try to do better tomorrow

Hi just checking in with my fitness and nutritional information for the day. I did strength training today regular, crunches, stability ball crunches, stretching, and lunges and 10 minutes of Fit, Firm and Fired Up DVD. I also transferred my gym membership to the new location that is near where I have moved to. I hope that your day was productive and that tomorrow is a better all around day for you. emoticon emoticon I also stayed within my calorie limits for the day.

emoticon for the friend add. emoticon on getting out of bed and doing the elliptical. Even when I could exercise, I avoided those killer machines like the plague. The trainer put me on a bike that he says is like the elliptical but you are sitting down because of my knees and back. I went for a walk today. That is about all I can do until I see the surgeon tomorrow. Hopefully I can start strength training tomorrow.
