Hi. Sorry I haven't been in touch. My computer is in the shop. I am at the library right now. I don't know when I am getting my computer back, I haven't even heard from the yet as to what is wrong with it. I think it is the video card, because nothing shows up on the monitor. I will let you know when I am back or when I hit the library again. Keep on with the program.
I am not doing too good. I have put on 5.6 pounds because I can't spark. I am not being held accountable and I have nothing to keep me busy. I read but you can snack when you read, I also do jigsaw puzzles, but again you can snack. I only have a few minutes left, you only have so long, and I have to touch base with some others. ttyl.
Hi and on the four pounds down!! . I didn't check in on Sunday or Monday, so sorry about the lapse. I did 60 minutes of walking both days, but didn't chart any of my fitness minutes since my time online was limited. Today I've done strength training. I did my crunches both on the floor and on the stability ball. I did lunges and one legged knee bends. I also stretched for 20 minutes. I have been staying within my calorie limits and have been drinking my water. I don't know what my weight is. I will find that out on Thursday when I go to the doctor.
