My Goals:
My goal is to get to a healthy weight so that I have more energy to play with my children.

My Program:
Cutting out sugar and fast food. In 2007 I lost 80 pounds by cutting out sugars and tracking what I ate each day. When I allowed sugar and quit tracking, I gained it all back. I'm starting over again, tracking what I eat and therefore "calorie counting" is apparently what works best for me.

Personal Information:
I'm a Mom to 2 lovely girls, and I work as an Administrative Assitant and Billing Manager for Oregon Health Professionals.
