Its now or never

Having just spent New Year in hospital I am vowing to change the way I eat to boost my immune system and stop me getting bouts of illness throughout the winter. I need to get a handle on obsessive eating and responding to emotions by wanting to shove food in my mouth.

I am ever hopeful that this ite is just what I need to get me off on the right track and keep up my motivation!

My Goals:
ideally I want to get down to 126 lbs with a hair cut due when I reach 147, another celebration I shall decide in time at 140
and at 133.

I want to get much healthier- I have been plagued with colds and chest infections and I want to change my eating and exercise habits for ever to stop me being sickly and get me in great shape!

My Program:
I am attempting to keep within calorie and other nutritional goals and also do a minimum of 60 minutes aerobic walking a day.

I have recently bought a pedometer and am aiming to do 15,000 steps every day in total!

I also want to do strength exercises but I have to acknowledge I am not as good at doing these and they will need more motivation and dedication to stick to the Spark People generated program.

You CAN do this!

"Finish each day And be done with it.
You have done what you could.
Some blunders and absurdities may have crept in.
Forget them as soon as you can.
