I have never been thin--EVER...Well maybe once when I was very sick I was almost thin, but that lasted for about 5 minutes and then I got better and went back to my usual weight.
I am a mother to two of the coolest, most awesome kids in the world, I am an artist, a vegetarian, a nerd (and proud of it!) I love to play video games, watch anime, read sci-fi and horror books, I love to watch birds (I keep a diary of every new one I see in our yard), I am also the neighborhood crazy cat lady ( I have about 7-8 cats around me at all times) and surprisingly the birds and kitties get along fairly well as long as my feeders are full, lol....
My dream is to one day have my very own farm and keep rescued animals on it where they can live happy, abuse free lives (as long as they like cats)

We Have two awesome kids that we homeschool, and a small colony of feral cats that we take care of. I am an artist and I love gaming, reading Harlan Ellison, Dean Koontz, Patrica Cornwell, Stephen King and esp. HP Lovecraft books. I also love to watch the animes Berserk, Saiyuki, DevilMan and lots more! Watching FIREFLY, David Lynch movies, STAR TREK, Game of Thrones, Battlestar Galactica, Dr. Who, Torchwood, Invader Zim, Dragonball Z, Twin Peaks. I am obsessed with zombies--movies, games etc. I like to birdwatch and love to dance (even though I am VERY BAD AT IT!)

Hi Kimba!! How are you doing? Are you Walking Away Those Pounds?
I haven't done nearly as much bike riding as I used to so yesterday I finally got a 4 mile bike ride in. It's reasonably warm here, in California, so the trees have been in bloom and I saw some of the prettiest trees yesterday while I was riding. It was quite nice.
Today I have my Zumba class again. The instructor has made the routine even harder so I'm definitely going to get a good workout in.

Hey Kimba!!! Yeah, I've been doing Zumba for a little while. I signed up through the community center. The instuctor is awesome - so fun and motivational. And it burns like 800 calories an hour according to SP. It seems like that is a lot but I always leave soaking wet from sweat .
Tomorrow I'm going to try to get a walk in and an SP video for strength.
I made a list of family goals for our family for food and exercise and I posted it on the fridge so we can all work together as a family team. I'm happy my hubby and son are on board with me.

How's the weather today - more rain? Were you able to do WATP? I did not get my workout in . But, today is Jump Rope for Heart; so i may grab a jump rope a do a little jumping myself. It's going to be close to 80 degrees today so the kids are going to be hot outside jumping so they need to stay hydrated

Way to work around the rain! It's nice to have the rain but it can be an easy excuse to not workout but you are staying on track - awesome
We've got some warm weather this week (70's) so I'm going to try to get a walk or a bike ride in this afternoon sometime. It's going to be a busy day but I'm still going to squeeze in a workout.
Now, I just got to get the eating right, down a bit better. I used to have the SP app on my phone but I was having phone problems and deleted all of my apps. So, I recently went back to put the app back on my phone and now it's $3 instead of free. I know it's not much but what a bummer . I really don't want to pay $ for any apps - I'm very cheap! So, I just need to log in more frequently to log in my phone so it will help me be accountable.

Hi Kimba, how are you doing? There's a recipe (for skillet lasagna) featured today on SP. I think I am going to give it a try.
We have really nice weather today so I am going to get a 2 mile walk in.
