My Goals:
Lose this weight, plain and simple!!

Change my eating habits.

Try new things.

My Program:
I walk at least 5-6 days a week. I am trying to do several 10-minute work out videos to strengthen and tone all areas.

I am eating healthier meals by avoiding prepackaged foods, going for fresh meats, veggies and fruits.

Personal Information:
I live in SW Pennsylvania and love it here! I am an administrative assistant/inside sales person for an oil field supply company. I enjoy listening to Christian music, reading, crocheting, DIY around the house, etc. I am a geek and love to work with technology. I also love to take photographs, record videos and edit them. Most photos you see posted on my page are taken by me.
