Hi Amanda and Welcome to the Dealing with Anxiety Team. It's good to know we're not alone. Please visit our boards, we are a friendly team.
And you're right this is a lifelong effort, but as they say here it is a lifestyle change and if you learn all the strategies to manage depression, eat healthy and include a bit of exercise, it will make a lot of difference.
