Hi, my name is Janni. I'm a 23 year old from Ontario, Canada. My highest weight was 250 lbs. I got down to 170 lbs but had a bit of a relapse, so I'm starting over again and hope to finally get down to my goal weight.

My Program:
I lost 20 lbs on my own and 60 lbs with the Dr. Bernstein Diet. Since then, I've gone up and down within the same 30 lbs, both on Weight Watchers and on my own. Right now I'm using Sparkpeople to try to get down to my goal.

hey Sis! just have to say you've done totally awesome so far!! wow! seriously give me ur secrets! i've been stuck at 20lbs to go for 3 or 4 months now :P hopefully this site will help keep me on the right track... i've only managed to lose 10 pounds in 6 months :P what am i doing wrong here? lol
