I was recently diagnosed with Hypothyroidism which is halfway a relief to understand why I gained so much while training for a marathon and following a low-carbohydrate diet!
One of my biggest goals right now is to start eating clean and more importantly, to get my daughter eating healthy and unprocessed foods.
