HI there! I read your post on panic button... Hang in there! What are you doing at the gym when you are there? I'd suggest you really push yourself on cardio, either in group fitness classes or on an elliptical trainer. The key is to make it worth your money while you are there. Think to yourself... This is the HARDEST I am going to work ALL DAY! I can 'rest' or 'slack' LATER! Only YOU can make it a hard workout, pushing your heart, pushing your body... sweating off those calories...burn burn burn em! Also... I'd suggest you select "edit your sparkpage" and then you will see an option to make your fitness/nutrition tracker public or on your spark page. That way, you can get help from other sparkers if you "journal" your food. I'm telling you...when we really enter it...many times we see we are consuming more calories than we realized. Or.... Less. We must eat to lose.. .and DRINK you water! Just keep on pressing on... you will figure out what works for you. I read your comment on the "panic button" message board. Even though you feel you are far away from everyone you are as close as your computer to fellow Sparkers. That's the beauty of it.
Please know you are not alone. There are many on the same path as you, with the same issues and in similiar situations. Check out the message boards often and you will find the support you are looking for.
