Well I've been uncomfortable with my weight for years but now after graduating from college, I am trying to take care of my body and put my health first. The kind of future I want for myself requires me to be healthy, and I can't keep putting this off year after year.

- have more energy
- prove to myself that I can achieve the goals I set
- feel comfortable in a bathing suit & other clothing
- have a health BMI
- lose weight
- stronger heart

My Program:
- Join the local gym and work out at least 4 days a week
- no soda
- pay attention and track my calorie intake
- find motivation every week!
