Thanks for your continued encouragement! I wish to could post all my fitness minutes that I average with 4-5 workouts a week. But, when I train with a trainer, I find it too difficult and tedious to record the exercise routine. As long as I am losing, I am pleased!

Hey , thanks for taking the time to comment on my blog . I have learnt my lesson with the chocolate, I know one bad day doesn't ruin everything, and I'm sure it wont have done BUT I DO NOT like how my skin looks today. To me (call me vein) its just not worth it lol. There are plenty of healthy things that are good for my body that I enjoy so ill stick to them from now on.
