    Nice progress in your current weight loss! I found the exercising keeps my pain away, too. It's seemed to have made my back pain disappear! If I fall off track a little, my back pain always seems to come back.

    I also agree with your music signature. I'm a musician, so I understand what you mean about your "go to" song!
