My Program:
My program consists of challenging myself everyday to do more than I did the day before. I am committed to exercising daily, drinking my water, eating healthy foods and feeding myself positive energy.
Personal Information:
I come from an extremely large and close-knit family. My family has many health problems and seeing how my relatives, especially my mother, struggle with things that would be made better if they were at healthy weights and physically fit makes me really strike a match under my butt to get it into gear.
Other Information:
I am committed to becoming a healthy person so that I can have healthy babies and raise healthy children!
