Refocused, Recommitted....

I have four children and a wonderful husband but at a point in my life where I need to focus on me. I have put work and family ahead of my health for a number of years and now I want to get healthy-fit and toned and in the best shape of my life!!!

My Goals:
To feel better inside and out! To be healthy, fit and toned.

My Program:
I am tracking my diet and exercise every day. I am also trying to prepare meals ahead of time so that I am not tempted by food that could derail me. I am exercising a minimum of 30 min every day as well.
