    In response to your comment about kettlebells...I do about 30-45 min routine. I'm starting light (I have lots of injuries) with a 10 lb kettlebell but already find I need to increase the weight for some moves. I do 3 sets of aprox. 15 reps (some are more and some a little less). You want to do them fairly quickly, only having a 15 second break between each exercise or switching sides. I do the following: around the world, figure 8, 2handed swing, halos, cleans, bent over rows, clean & press, half get-ups, dead lifts. Here is the youtube beginner video that I started from and still follow, I've just added a few extra exercises/reps. They're a great way to get strong...which is my goal.

    Hi there! You asked why I decided to quit wheat? I read Wheat Belly by Dr. William Davis and it was quite the eye opener. I had already quit sugar and Pepsi so decided to give the heave ho to wheat as well. My eating style is pretty close to Paleo, I don't eat rice or potatoes either. I feel much better no upset tummy or headaches and I don't feel hungry all the time. I have bi-polar disorder and have been able to reduce some of my pills because I feel so much better that way as well. Take care! emoticon Smoeii
