Hi! I'm Kayte. Here's a little bit about me and why i decided to join sparkpeople. I have struggled with my wieght almost my whole life. I was very overweight in high school and shortly after i graduated i started losing weight very quickly and not by eating healthy and getting exercise.

Anyway, to make a long story short, I gained some of the weight back. maybe about 20 pounds. And I wasn't where i wanted to be anyway. So now I have a lot of work to do to get where I want to be. I'm really hoping that between sparkpeople and my couch to 5K program, i can get my butt in gear and reach my goal weight!

Hi Kayte!

Saw your questions about exercise to do at home. Start with Walk Away The Pounds by Leslie Sansone (you will love this one) and also tried some free exercise videos at www.exercisetv.tv

In exercisetv you will have chances to see diferent exercise videos and from there you could decide if you want to buy them or not.
